A few considered habits, and care suited to the exact material.
Follow the material
Different leathers and finishes need different care. Follow the maker’s guidance for your particular piece. Avoid applying cleaners or conditioners unless they are suitable for that exact material and finish.
Give it space
Store your piece away from direct sun, heat and moisture. Avoid crushing it beneath other items or overfilling it. Use its dust bag where available, and support its shape gently while it rests.
Ask before treating
